i m having pcod from last 2 years . i want to know that pcod can affect my mental condition bcz im in stress and for any small things i got anger n got irritated n my brain use to think alot some times i feel like my brain will gonna blast bcz of thinking and i m not able to sleep properly mostly at night while sleeping brains starts thinking n im not able to sleep.plz help me all this mine behaviour is also affecting my family n married life
