I was diagnosed with PCOD one year back, was having cyst which was dissolved through medications and has also taken homeopathic medicines to cure irregular periods. My height is 5'5 and weight is 85 kgs., Which is my concern.i want to reduce my weight, I am a married women and it's been 2.5 years so after 6 months wish to get pregnant. I do understand there can be complexities in it so first need to do weight loss. Help me if you can it or guide me in right direction what should I do..!!
