Pcod and cyst
I had haemorrhagic cyst 6 months ago for which i used birth control tablets freedase for 3 months After that cyst reduced but ovaries looked bulky with multiple follicles in the abdominal ultrasound The radiologist told me it might be bcoz of medicine and not pcod but I'm concerned if i have pcod or not I have periods regularly no other symptoms and i have hypothyroidism

Please consult with your Gynaecologist who advised you of  Freedase tablet. You should get a sonography done after three months. If it is because of tablets then this will not be there after three months. If it is because of PCOS, it will still be there.

The  diagnosis of pcos is by ultrasound where the ovarian volume is more than 10 CC

If you have your periods regularly then no need to worry. PCOD can only be confirmed by USG if ovaries volume is more than 10cc or showing multiple follicles. If your periods are regular no treatment is required
