Hello, if you have got operated for PCL, there is a new ligament placed in the region of the earlier torn PCL. Chances of re tear are very low. Continue physiotherapy as advised by your surgeon. ACL & PCL reconstruction surgeries are 2 different procedures done for different injuries. So cannot compare outcomes directly. Best wishes for your recovery
