Avoid squatting and cross leg sitting. Apply ice pack thrice daily at least for 15 mins. Go to the nearest physiotherapy center for ultrasonic treatment. It will decrease your swelling. Do isometric quadriceps exercise (knee press in downward direction) as much as you can, it will decrease your swelling and pain & increase your muscle strength.
