Shoulder Calcified tendinitis treatment

Had a fall on right shoulder while playing.Pain radiates from shoulder till right eye...right hand pains.Previous history of Tinosynovitis. Please suggest near to bod Uppal.I stay at ghatkesar and work in farm. Venkat
