Patches under the skin.

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Under my left eye black patches have started to come. I've been observing it from the past 3 months. I feel it has spread little bit. I also see few near my cheeks. Last time when I consulted a dermatologist, I was told it's some kind of clot under the skin and it can't be cured by medicine and I need to do a laser treatment to remove the patches. I was not satisfied with the diagnosis. I'm getting anxious everytime I look at the mirror 😥.
