Patch on scalpa

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Yesterday I have found a blank round patch inside my hair. The patch seem to be oily and its shape is round There is no sign of hair inside the patch. I have found two of them in my head. Is this is a serious matter?? What should I do to prevent this?
