Patch on my husband's head
My husband developed this patch which has now grown big. We used dektarin gel initially but seems like it has not helped.
Can you please help us with what this is and the reason for it's occurrence and growth. Also how can we treat it? Thanks.

It's fungal infection. Fungal infection or ring worm...common in the skin folds...sweaty areas...seen as itchy, red or black spots mostly circular shape... avoid sweating, exchange of clothes and soap.. treatment depends on the severity and location of the fungal infection..so do direct online consultation by sending photos or meet me in my clinic for proper diagnosis and treatment.
