Hi, Fluoxetine can sometimes cause initial activation- increased anxiety, irritability, restlessness- especially in the first 1-2 weeks. Paroxetine is also an SSRI, but it usually has a calmer, more sedating profile compared to fluoxetine. So while a mild increase in anxiety can happen with any SSRI, the chances of experiencing the same level of anger or agitation with paroxetine are much lower. Starting low and increasing slowly further reduces the risk.

Not the same. Unlikely to experience the same. However the symptoms are transient and will subside in few days time. Not to worry

It is possible but not certain. Both fluoxetine and paroxetine are SSRIs and can cause early activation symptoms like anxiety, irritability, or agitation, especially in sensitive individuals. Having reacted this way to fluoxetine may increase the likelihood of a similar reaction with paroxetine, but individual responses differ, and careful low-dose initiation and slow titration can reduce the risk.
