Paroxetine 37.2mg side effect
Hi doctor,
I am taking treatment of hypochondria since 1 month. I was medicine of paroxetine 25mg for one month and now I have to start 37.2. I stupidly read on internet that this medicine cause side effect like stool blood or black stool. I am really scared to start this medicine now ... Please guide
