I am 38 F .I have a history of Kidney stones infact stag-horns since childhood.I have undergone multiple laparoscopic surgeries and one open cut surgery to remove kidney stones
My kidney function is fine
But during discussion doctor told me that the parenchymal thickness of my kidney is comparatively lesser
Is there any way to maintain or increase the thickness

To maintain kidney function ensure
1. Adequate hydration.
2. Avoid NSAIDs/ OTC medication
3. BP control
4. Removal of stone if causing obstruction which may further reduce parenchymal thickness.
5. Regular follow-up
