Paranoid personality disorder
I have been recently getting too many suspicious thoughts .. and this is spoiling my relationship with people around me. This creates me a great level of insecurity and these thought gives me a extreme guilt feel and I tend to entrust my defence mechanism in alcholism.

Firstly, it's unlikely to be a personality disorder if u have been experiencing this recently. Secondly, therapy can help you in trying to perceive and analyse things better so that u can come out of ur suspiciousness. Thirdly, alcohol might not be the solution as in the longer run, it's causing more harm than good, and alcohol consumption is also known to rewire ur brain, and u might feel more suspicious, especially in ur relationship.
