Paracetamol Overdose
Three days ago (80 hours ago), I was drinking alcohol. I vividly remember taking paracetamol but I am not sure how much. Since then I haven’t felt 100%. I have had a small amount of runny stool, dehydration and a little nausua at the beginning. I called 111 and was told it was gastroinerritus. I am still very paranoid that I do not have paracetamol toxicity. Please advice what the best option is for myself. (I show no signs of yellowing and no paining in my right abdominal area)
