Hi my baby is 8months old 7.3kg weight she has fever for almost 3days my doctor prescribed me cefpodoxime 2ml for 2times, citrizine(3ml) for 2times and paracetamol syrup 250ml 2ml for 3times all these for 3days

Syrup it's so confusing now she is okay fever returned to normal but also sometimes temperatures rising should I give paracetamol during night spiking???

You can give either syrup or drops. But dose should be as prescribed by the pediatrician, because concentration of paracetamol is different in different syrups and drops. Some children prefer syrup because it has better taste compared to drops.
