  4. Para phimosis. Or go for circumcision?

Cant retract the foreskin of my penis..suffering from couple of years..glans also getting affected..but no prblm in urine..only foreskin is tight and doesnt slide back. medicine works for few days only. Is there any permanent remedy or go for circumcision?
