Papules and pustules over shoulders.

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Hi, there are some pimple like lesions over my both back of shoulders and upper chest. They are multiple,reddish, painful palules and pustules as well. Not pruritic though. I anyway have acne prone oily facial skin as well. I had this similar lesions about 8 months ago and resolved completely with using of benzoyl peroxide and clindamycine lotion. Could it be due to some systemic disease or hormonal imbalance? Is there anything for topical application? It is not answering for clinda anymore
