If you are married then please check your partner's status for HIV too, if negative then you have to take proper precautions. Don't worry HIV is treatable, there a lot good medication have come. Go to the nearest HIV centre of government hospital. Don't panic. Take regular diet.

hi, is your diagnosis confirmed? if so then your treatment has 2 parts 1. Find a ART center near you, they will do further testing and start the medical treatment. HIV is a treatable disease you can lead a normal life with treatment, be brave dont lose hope. 2nd part is the emotional well-being which is equally important you need counselling and probably you need Anxiolytic and anti depression medications, You need to join a social support group.
