Although you fear of fainting that will rarely happen because anxiety may make us feel that something disastrous is going to happen. It doesn’t happen if you can recall any incident where your anxiety told you something and it really happened. Share with me okay so what treatment plan you need is that you need to have therapy and counselling sessions regular I will scan your symptoms and try to assess and then guide you with the medication if necessary to a psychiatrist, but to take counselling, you’ll be fine. Don’t worry. I know anxiety makes us makes us feel that this is never ending, but trust me, it ends contact for same.

What you have described seem to be anxiety attacks, and when they get exacerbated, you feel panicky with all these physical symptoms, including breathing difficulties. If this is occurring frequently, then you will need medication and also psychotherapy work, including breathing exercises and relaxation training. Please book an appointment with a psychiatrist and get the help as this problem can be easily sorted.
