Panic attack complaint
I am 38 years old Male. Working in software industry for more than 15 years. by April last year (2018) i started facing a problem like breathing difficulty (like chest congestion) for some time and then it gets OK automatically. When i consulted a neuro doctor he diagosed that as PANIC ATTACK and prescibed the medicine NEXITO PLUS (5/0.5 mg) tablet daily once.  I started the tablet and had it for 3 months. Till that time the breathing difficulty symptom was never re-occurred. when i stopped the medicine after 3 months after 3 to 4 weeks later i started seeing some other problem like electric shock  like feel from head to  down the body for few seconds along with sweating [almost daily once or twice ] but no disturbance to consiousness. So again consulted a pchyciatist and he prescibed me to continue the NEXITO PLUS  table for few more months. By that time the electric shock symptom was slowly reduced but not fully even now.please help to completely rectify the problem.

6-9mo ideally you should take the medicine, but in case you want to reduce the dose then talk to your psychiatrist,  you can take plain Nexito and sos clonazepam.  Gradually decrease the dose of clonazepam, stop that and then start reducing the dose of Nexito.  You can also start some form of therapy like CBT for your problem .
