Pancreatitis and gastritis type symptoms
My amylase and lipase level was elevated approx 2.7 times to normal value now in normal range, but still having occasional pain on the left back to the abdomen, gas is not passing properly and burping is incomplete some times. Still taking prescribed medicine like pancreatin and active charcoal simithicone (Nuzyme Forte tab) , plus SYP sucralfate and oxetacaine. Still on a light diet. It's almost 20 days completed. Should I continue

Your pancreatic swelling will take some time to settle. Symptoms may be due to gall stones or functional dyspepsia/IBS/pancreatitis related
Next Steps
Get USG whole abdomen to rule out gall stones. Stop alcohol and smoking ( if present) consult nearest  Gastroenterologist.
