Palpitations at midnight
Good morning sir\ yesterday night I slept late night 11 pm I wake up 2 time in midnight with fast heart beat  also at the time I feel going unconscious for 1 min and back to normal ....two times  happened in between 11pm to 5am  what may be the reason ???pls advice me

The only reason which will make you consult a General Physician in your area immediately is a Heart attack.  Otherwise you will consider it as a joke and consult a Doctor on Practo at midnight and put your life in jeopardy. Please consult a General Physician in your area immediately.  These days people have been known to get a heart attack even at an age as young as 18 years.
