Palpitations and breathlessness at rest
I am 18 weeks pregnant and 29 years old. For the past 3 days I have sudden palpitations, breathlessness when at rest for no apparent reason. It lasts for 30 mins and comes back to normal on its own. Today when I could feel my heart pounding and out of breath I took my blood pressure readings which showed 135/86 and 125 bpm. After 30-35 mins all the readings are normal. This is at complete rest and I was also watching a movie and not thinking anything at all. Please tell me what this can be and if anything can be done.

Under such conditions you should have 24 hour monitoring , including ECG recording when you have symptoms. Please consult with a Cardiologist in your area for the same.
