Palmoplanter Psoriasis
The skin around my nails in the fingers, particularly the first finger and thumbs in the hands and the heels too gets this every few weeks. I apply vaseline and Halox ointment per the consultation from a renowned doctor in Bangalore. I have heard that Ayurveda has remedy for Psoriasis while Allopathy does not. Can someone please help me understand if this is true? If so please prescribe the right medication/treatment in Ayurveda.

External application of psorolin cream to affected part.
Internally take
Mahamanjistaadi kaada 3 tsf twice a day
Haridrakhanda granules 1/4 tsf in a glass war milk/ water twice a day on empty stomach.
Do not usesoaps,detergents directly by ur hànd.washing powder with soda will also cause harm to ur hands skin.
Avoid contacting any chemicals directly by ur hands use gloves.
Use one aamla internally in anyform daily.
