I have been suffering with palmo planter psoriasis since 11 months. It has made my daily life extremely difficult. I am taking cream like Halovate, sorvate, venusia Max etc. but none helps.
I am truly fed up. Please share your experience and tell me if we have a 100% treatment anywhere or in homeopathy or ayurved.

Psoriasis is a long-standing condition and requires very long-term treatment. There is no 100% treatment or cure, but on regular medication and care as instructed by a dermatologist, you can control the occurrence of skin patches.
Since you have severe long-standing disease, you require oral tablets in addition to application creams/ointments.
Do share photographs of the lesions via the online consult option for detailed treatment and guidelines of care.
