Palm and feet itching

I had consumed alcohol day before yesterday.it was the second time i consumed alcohol. after that my palms and feet are started itching. now infact i hv rashes and small small bubble kind of thing all over my palm and fingers.. what should i do...i have taken one levocetrizine today. So does this mean i am alergic to alcohol ?
