Pale sores around base of the penis
I am having pale-reddish color sores around the base of my penis. I think it started around 15-20 days ago, but I did not take notice then. I happened to shave the pubic hair yesterday and found that there is one larger sore near the base of my penis which burst secreting some fluid, and several smaller ones scattered here and there around the larger one. The smaller ones look like pimples. It does not itch.
I had no sexual activity in the past month. But I travelled around India and stayed over in a few hotels for about a week.
