Pains in waist, burning at urine, high BP
I am having pain in the lower right abdominal region as well as waist at the same time. The pain radiates to the groin, hips, flanks, buttocks and pubic area too. Sometimes, very rarely,it aches at the penis and pubis while urinating.I also have too much burning feeling and irritation while urinating for 2 years or so.Consulted a urologist who said i have UTI and gave antibiotics. It was normal for few days, but started again. The burning feeling appears occasionally, not always. Also for 2 or 3 years,my BP is rising and it is like 144/90 and now 150/110.I consulted a cardiologist and my heart was perfect.I also had appendix surgery on13th November.I bought a BP machine and it gives consistent readings of 150/110.I also have done many USGs recently for whole abdomen. My recent Urea level is 17 and creatinine level is 0.8,weight is 72kg,height 168cm,my recent urine culture report is normal.I also have developed fungal infections around the genitals since 2 years.I am very worried. Please help.
