  4. Pains in upper part. Causing me pains?

I had MRI spine and ct chest 2 years back for complaints of dizziness and upper chest pains. Ct was fine but mri report said loss of normal curvature ( lordosis).. Physiotherapist said some nerve is getting compressed.. I took treatment for 2 months then stopped Now since this year my chest n left arm hurts badly.. I have worsened tinnitus (since 4 years but now too bad) and anxiety.. My heart tests like ecg, echo, holter, ct head, NCS all are fine Latest xray cervical spine didnt show any abnormality! What can be causing me pains? If xray is fine then that means problem got cured on own as I didnt take treatment ever

Pls specify the location of pain in the back and left arm. Duration of pain , how many days in a month, time of the day , any exacerbating or relieving factors? ENT opinion to be sought for tinnitus.
