I got injured on Sunday and was administered bett tetanus vaccine on Sunday since then my arm is swollen it has been 4 days since the injection but still the arm is swollen, pain from injection has gone but swelling remains. Is it normal? Do I need to get myself checked? Anything serious?

Swelling has to be examined that is there any pus or its normal swelling. If its normal swelling then just do cold compression and it will be fine. In case of pus antibiotics will be required. Better is to get examined physicallly with doctor.
