Painless period & endometriotic cyst
I'm an unmarried girl of age 27 now.
During period I have several pain & cramping. Then usg report said it was chocolate cyst in both the ovaries of size 3.6*2.8 cm on right ovary & 6.57*5.5 cm on left ovary.
After using dienogest 2 mg for 24 months, my endometriotic size became 1.1*1.7 CM on Right ovary & 2.7*2.4 CM on left ovary.
Now I stop the medicine by doctor and allow 2 cycles of periods.
In this two cycles i did not get any pain , some times got normal cramp & flow of period was normal.
Is there any relation b/w pain & increase of cyst size?
I will do usg next week. So I wanted to know that in this two cycles of period, how much cysts may increase in size approximately ?? Thank you 🙏🙏

Since for continuous 24 months you have used the medicine the system will progress in size once you stop the medicine it can come back again it can go up to 3 cm as per my guess
