Endometriotic cyst increased in 1 month
I have an endometriotic cyst detected 1 month back in left ovary. size was 7.1*5.4cm with internal septa 2.3 mm Doctor prescribed novelon and revomin for 21 days. I again did USG on day 6 of period ( was having spotting only). Cyst size is increased to 81*64*52 mm with internal septa of 2.2 mm. Doctor asked me to repeat USG after 3 months, but I did it after 1 month only; does cyst increase before decreasing. Is cyst size increased? ( Radiologist said it is same size) Is there any better medication than novelon for this cyst. I am 26 unmaried female and no pain in periods
