Painless cyst in testis.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi dr, recently i come to know in ultrasound diagnose that there is 6 mm painless cyst in my right testis and some fluid infection in testicle. 3 time AFB test is negative (not seen) but mantoux test is positive with 17mm induration. kindly advise am i infected with tuberculosis?? or cyst is due to tuberculosis?
