Painless and Not itchy skin rashes

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have skin rashes all over my body, it start with small red looks like mosquito bite before swell and look like allergy reaction. However it just appears red rashes without pain or itchiness. I’m 23 yo and never got allergy to anything before. As far as i concern, I’m eating and being surrounded the same for past 20 years. Been prescribed by clarinase, piriton, beazyme and calamine lotion. Yet still persist till now for a month already. Blood test done twice. Normal. No fever. Bp normal.
