Paining injection spot

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi Doctor, I have received an injection for cold and cough last week.I didn't feel much pain while receiving injection. But days latter pain started and still it's there.. Am feeling small bulge in my bum where I got the injection. Please advise what kind of action to be needed Thanks
