According to the situation what patient say... it seems like according to the age of patient which is 25 yrs.. so it is clear that patient is suffering from wisdom tooth pain... which might be impacted or say pericoronitis.... so my advice is first of all patient should have done IOPA i.e Xray of wisdom tooth .. so that he can see the position of tooth... like wise one must have extraction of wisdom tooth... it would be the best option for life time pain relief..

According to the brief description given here by the patient it probably indicates towards the wisdom tooth pain. Now the patient in this situation needs to get a dental check done and make sure what exactly the problem is because in certain scenarios as seen many a times the pain might disappear all of a sudden but den in certain cases it appears back on certain occasions. Another interesting thing the patient should know that position of wisdom tooth sometimes also hamper the second molar. So for that you certainly need to get it checked

Please go for a dental check up to find out which tooth is the cause of pain. The dentist may take X-ray to determine treatment options, and give you medicines appropriate for the condition..
