Painfull Cyst on tighs

Asked for Male, 23 Years

24years male,A small lust on my tighs hard touch on applying pressure,skin becomes red, painfull surroundings, and pus. facing problem from last 1 month . removed pus by squeezing lust, another one appeared with in next 3 days this repeated for 4 times in this month,what to do.is this leads to serious issue??
