Painful tip of penis when touched. Kind!

From few days i have noticed small bumps on my penis so i went to dematologist he gave me a cream of tretinoin to apply at night and flusidic acid cream to apply in morning and a zinc acetate tab also he asked for other std tests all of tests were normal but hsv 2 igg test was positive with 1.58 and after then he continued the same medication i was confused so i thought to ask someone from practo app but again i didn't got ans properly as the doctor suggested me to go for offline treatment as it was genital molluscum i continued to take medication for 20 days and from few days i have been feeling itching in genitals and dry skin also from few days tip of my penis the lips are red and pain when touched i have attached photos please can someone clear my confusion it would be very kind
