Painful swelling

I have white small masses spread on the shaft of the penis. Months ago one larger white hard painless mass appeared. Days ago it turned to painful reddish swelling.
What should I do?
Current medications:
It coincides with having common cold and i'm taking (paracetamol 500mg) for it.
