Painful Seroma should I go to Instacare?

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had about 8 stitches put in after a cyst removal. I now I have a Seroma that is causing nausea, headache, and a neck ache. I have taken Ibuprofen, but the swelling will not go down and it's extremely painful. Should I wait until Monday to see my PCP or should I go to Instacare to get it looked at?
