Painful pubic hair

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I got a new shaving gel and after 2 times of using it I started getting severe pain in the bikini area. Within 5sec of it hitting it dropped me to my knees it felt like my hairs were being pulled out one by one with this horrible stinging pain. 3 hours later I cannot walk without feeling it and I have a red rash with these little red bumps.
