Painful lump/ pimple in breast
I have noticed all of a sudden yesterday that I developed a soft lump in the breast below the dark nipple area. While pressing the lump it is painful. It is soft and little dark . Yesterday night when I was pressing it seemed too big but this morning it appeared better but the pain is there though size has reduced a little. I am not getting my periods since 2 months, last time I got my periods on 24th nov. please guide me on whether this is something to worry about
