My mother is 43 years old. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she developed a boil on her breast. Due to limited access to proper treatment at that time, the boil worsened and caused significant damage, eventually requiring surgery. After the operation, she recovered well and remained completely healthy.
However, a few days ago, she noticed a lump in the same breast where she had the surgery. The lump is movable, and there is no nipple discharge or skin discoloration. She says it is slightly painful.
We are concerned — could this lump be related to her past surgery, or is there a chance it might be something serious?"
