Painful lump in left armpit
3 week ago When this lump appeared, it was a little big and very painful. Now the lump size have been reduced . The lump is still felt from inside and causes pain when pressed. No redness nothing. No fever I am active

Need to examine breast and axilla. Then USG of breast and axilla. If no abscess , no breast lump, FNAC of the swelling can be done Then if it's inflammatory lymph node, oral antibiotics will be given. If already formed abscess, requires Incision and drainage.
