Painful ejaculation
Across 1 month Iam suffering from pain After ejaculation my urine culture is negative, usg of abdomen and pelvis is attached. I used antibiotic faropenem, noflax and flavospas on antibiotic tym it become normal my course is ended yesterday today i got painful ejaculation. Frequent urination and small leakage in urination. My prostate is normal size. What is the reason for this. Iam so much worried about this situation. Kindly please reply
