Painful crusted spots on face
I have painful yellowed crusted spots appearing on my face and they go away for about a week after they heal, they come back in a different spot the next. they start out as large spots then when that heals there's multiple left underneath and they spread. I don't know what they are but I am iron deficient, could it be from that? they're very painful
