Painful anus
I had a mild pain on edge of anal opening,it was swollen and midly painful,but pain increased since last 2 days.I checked it today... It looked like a boil white filled something like pus and it erupted and the pain reduced s bit but it's not healed properly.Plz help with next course of medicines,Will it heal on its own?

It could be a perianal abcess.You can take OTC analgesics and antibiotic clindamycin 300 mg 3 times daily for 5 days.If the pain is not resolved, consult a surgeon in your area

Oz two times after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Montek lc one at night for five days. Anovate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for 3 weeks.
Defcort 500 two times after food for 2 weeks

It sounds like a perianal abscess that has partially ruptured. Reduction in pain was due to pressure relief, it does not always mean the infection is resolved.
Next Steps
Because of risk of complications, it is important to see a doctor for a proper evaluation.To manage the area as of now start taking warm sitz baths for 15 to 20 minutes several times a day to drain pus and keep the site clean. After bowel movement, gently wash with water, then pat the area dry or use a clean cotton pad to absorb any discharge.

Yes, most of cases its healed by own. Its due to hair follicle stretching. If its not heal own in 2 to 3 days , and not dry then you go nearby hospital and consult with general physician or surgeon.

Avoid constipation
Take High fibre diet, eat plenty of vegetables, drink plenty of water, avoid junk foods like momo, maggie, pizza, burger.(Take dietitian advice)

Take tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 3 days
Squeeze it very well to ensure that maximum pus is drained out. Clean the part with antiseptic solution and apply povidone ointment.
If unable to drain the pus completely, see a gen surgeon.
