Painful ankle swelling on right foot

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am having this painful ankle swelling from past 15 days, without any trauma, for which I am taking Ibuprofen, but still when I had to walk it pains a lot like tonight, the pain is unbearable. The same thing happened with me 3 years before on same site, I did xray of the foot, but the physician found xray to be normal, he prescribed me with just some NSAIDS, I took rest and ate NSAIDS and was fine... But this time the problem is not improving... So can you please suggest me what should I do next...

U need to follow RICE give rest to ur ankle apply ICe pack and put compression bandage and elevate the leg n sleeping position it a ligament sprain it take time to heal
