Painful and itchy bumps on skin

Asked for Female, 54 Years

The bumps are majorly on arms and legs, where the skin turns black. Done the following tests and all are negative Montaux- negative Biopsy - negative (not tumor) Blood test- ESR is 92 QuantiFeron TB gold- negative Now doctor had asked for g6pd test. Confused whether to do qualitative g6pd or quantitative g6pd. Have attached the prescription. Please do tell which test to book for.
