Painful Acne at the back

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am having an acne at my back for the past 1.5 months. At first it was painless and now for the past two to three days it is causing much pain and acne turned out to be big one with white head. It seems to filled with pus. I am unable to lie on my back as it is causing pain. I have attached the pic of the acne
